Soft Landscaping & Maintenance Team Leader

As a Team Leader you’ll need to be able to lead and work well as a part of a small team, demonstrate previous gardening experience, along with some plant knowledge, have an eye for detail, be highly motivated and enthusiastic.

We like our team leaders to have horticulture qualifications and experience.

Salary is dependent on experience and a driving licence is essential.

Soft Landscaping & Maintenance Assistant

To work as one of our assistants you’ll need to be well presented, have an eye for detail, be motivated, reliable and work well as part of a team. Experience, although beneficial, isn’t necessary for an assistant position as in-house training will be provided as part of the role.
